Sustainable homes
We have entrusted the prestigious landscape and architecture studio Batlle i Roig with creating a residential complex integrated into nature. A pioneering team in the areas of sustainability and energy efficiency that combines architecture and engineering at the service of the environment.
BREEAM certification
We comply with the most technically advanced sustainability assessment method and certification: BREEAM certification. Our homes are designed to limit their energy requirements, a factor that reduces demand for heating and cooling. A system that drastically reduces environmental impact and ensures maximum comfort inside the home.
Nature
Preexisting vegetation has been respected to the utmost. The Mediterranean pine tree forms part of our identity. Thanks to the uniqueness of this place, Infinitum is the ideal habitat for local fauna and flora.
La Séquia Major
You will find this protected nature area at INFINITUM Lakes. La Séquia Major is a wetland with reeds, poplars and willows that houses one of the best preserved populations in Catalonia of European pond turtles and Spanish toothcarp, one of the species at greatest risk of extinction on the Iberian peninsula.
The mixture of fresh water and salt water from marine intrusion and tidal flooding have made La Sèquia a habitat for diverse species.
With a total surface area of 17.3 ha, this is the wetlands of greatest interest between Llobregat Delta and the Ebro Delta.

Responsible maintenance
Each of the projects carried out at Infinitum takes into account life cycle and cost, making use of regional materials and recycled content.
As regards our irrigation systems, we have a next-gen desalination plant that cleans waste water for use on the golf courses. We also employ atmospheric humidity sensors to allow us to adjust usage, depending on weather conditions.
