Its chefs have had the skills to combine the tradition of seafood cuisine from its origins as a fisherman's bar with new culinary trends, always faithful to local and seasonal products. Second and third generation chefs Juan and Arnau Bosch are in charge of this gastronomic proposal that can be enjoyed in the heart of Cambrils.




 

• The Terrace at Hills

Recently renovated, this spectacular restaurant is located in the Costa Dorada's most exclusive resort, INFINITUM. It rises above the Hills golf course and serves typical Mediterranean cuisine dishes, such delicious sea bass and crayfish from the coast in Thai style, rice dishes prepared in a wood-fired oven, and exquisite pizzas and focaccias.
 

• The Lakehouse Bistrot

Another of INFINITUM's restaurants is The Lakehouse Bistrot, overlooking the Lakes golf course and right next to the Sèquia Major. Its varied menu has options to suit all tastes: creamy octopus and vegetable rice; pilpil hake loin confit with piparra peppers, lime, and crispy leek; truffled artichoke risotto; marinated salmon tartare with avocado, spring onion, rice, and teriyaki sauce... Amazing dishes in an exceptional setting.
