INFINITUM sells 116 high-end homes in Costa Dorada

INFINITUM, the high-end residential and hotel complex, located on the Costa Dorada, has sold 116 of the 132 homes for sale in the first phase of its promotion. This project covers an area of around 330 hectares for residential and hotel use and includes 3 golf courses and a Beach Club.

The private complex of high-end residences, designed by the renowned Batlle i Roig studio, was developed by the property developer Mediterránea Beach&Golf Community, member of the CriteriaCaixa group, a holding company that manages the assets of the ”la Caixa” Foundation.

The sales phase of the promotion consists of 132 exclusive apartments with 2, 3, or 4 bedrooms, from 80 to more than 150 m2 of constructed area and with the option of a garden, ranging between €330,000 and €850,000. Homes are integrated into a private resort surrounded by nature and in an unbeatable location, 10 minutes from Tarragona and 75 minutes from Barcelona, in a natural environment by the sea and with all kinds of services.
