The INFINITUM residential project is closer and closer to becoming a reality. In fact, once the finishing touches have been made to the complex,
the first homes are set to be handed over to buyers in June.
Construction of all the blocks comprising the project has been completed and all that remains is to go over the last few details and carry out inspections to ensure that the facilities are in proper working order. Meanwhile,
landscaping is being completed and outdoor furniture and lighting are being installed.
A sustainable project
It is worth noting that the
INFINITUM resort boasts BREEAM® certification, which fosters not only aspects of energy efficiency but also offers a project in keeping with the principles of integration and sustainability. Some of the measures implemented according to this system include:
- An 88.32% reduction in energy consumption and CO2 emissions.
- Solar energy self-consumption system comprising two 325W photovoltaic panels for each home.
- A++ or higher kitchen and laundry appliances.
- A 50% reduction in domestic water consumption with low-flow taps.
- 100% water savings (with drip irrigation and urban development) based on the use of water that is recycled and treated at the municipal treatment plant.
- A 100% reduction in pruning waste, which is reused on the plot.
These practices have made it possible to drastically reduce environmental impact and ensure maximum comfort and health and safety for all.
We offer a fully sustainable landscaping project, in which the combination of
innovation, architecture and engineering is at the service of the environment and people.
